Tata Memorial Hospital (Tata Memorial Centre) Invites Applications For The Post Of Business Analyst National Cancer Grid-Koita Centre For Digital Oncology (NCG-KCDO)
Job Profile:
The Business Analyst will drive data analysis and gather business requirements for technology initiatives across the NCG and its centres. Key responsibilities include:
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to collect detailed requirements for digital oncology initiatives.
- Requirements Documentation: Develop and maintain a library of requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with initiative goals.
- Data Analysis: Utilize advanced techniques to analyse data and derive insights for enhancing digital oncology initiatives.
- Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT teams for seamless integration of digital tools.
- Industry Research: Recommend technologies to enhance data processing efficiency and stay updated with industry developments related to data standards.
Qualifications Required:
- Over 5 years of professional experience in data analytics and/or requirements gathering.
- At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a solid understanding of healthcare-specific technologies and data standards.
- Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a field related to technology or data analytics.
- Certifications in data analytics, healthcare IT, or informatics are preferred.
Skills Expected:
- Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and analyse complex requirements with strong analytical skills.
- Good understanding of data structures and standards, including data management, privacy and security, interoperability, and analytics.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and technologies to extract insights from healthcare data.
- Business-oriented with the ability to support data-driven decision-making.
- Strong desire to contribute to social impact on a large scale with a long-term vision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
